We will only use the information you provide us with to respond to your requests
and provide you with information about MDS Financial Group Limited and its associated
group companies. Whenever you receive information from us, you will always have
an opportunity to request not to receive the information again and be removed from
any mailing database. If you send us a curriculum vitae (CV) to apply for a position
with MDS Financial Group or its associated companies, we will only use that information
to consider you for available opportunities.
Personal information will only be retained for as long as necessary to answer your
query or as required by law. We do not share personal information with third parties
except as necessary to carry out our business or as required by law or other legal
processes. We do not sell personal information. Your personal details may be transferred
between MDS Financial Group offices and its associated group companies, but only
as necessary to meet your requirements. All personnel with access to personal information
have been trained to maintain its confidentiality.
When you visit any part of our sites we collect statistical data about that visit
(e.g. what you looked at, the way in which you moved around the site etc) which
